Ahh, so happy that I have a copy of Longhorn (er.... Vista?) beta. The loader still says Longhorn and it's habit, oops.

Take a close look at the top of the frames and the semi transparency. It's so damn cool, along with the new style Control Pannel and Computer (No longer "My Computer") I'm having fun with it since I've managed to get my audio drivers loaded, the only problem thus far has been getting a new HDD large enough to load this along with my WinXP version that I have to use for .mp3 encoding and such.

The new transparencies for Windows Vista is frickin amazing. I love it so much. The only reason my screen looks so wide is because I actually run 2 monitors. One is more of my screen to keep things like chat windows, winamp and trillian in. (although Trillian pro is currently broken in Win Vista)

I was actually listening to one of the Harry Potter books on audio book. I'm a frickin dork, I know. I had just turned off The Postal Service before I took this screen capture.

Nah, not dorky at all. ^^; The Postal Service is a pretty good band, I listen to them a little bit. :)

I want a copy of Windows Vista really badly!! I want to get a free beta without having to subscribe and pay a freaking amount of money to Msdn!

Wish I could still recommend people for the beta, but my insider at MS can't get people invited since they launched Beta 1. I should be putting up a new version of my desktop here pretty quickly of Beta 2, I just need to get my second monitor back up and running since my move. It's packed away in storage somewhere and I haven't really had the ability/desire to go fish it out and play around with my dual monitor setup.

I may have just found some motivation though. With glass functioning nearly perfectly as well as the new Alt + Tab functionality, it's good stuff!
